PRINOVA Potassium Thio Sulfate is a liquid fertilizer containing two essential plant nutrients: potassium and sulfur. It acts as a simultaneous source of both, and its liquid form allows for easy application in various irrigation systems, resulting in faster plant uptake. The potassium ensures carbohydrate formation and transport, and by converting amino acids into proteins, enables fruit and plant growth. Potassium deficiency leads to reduced leaf formation. One of potassium’s most important functions is regulating water movement in plants; it ensures the plant absorbs more water while using less. Sulfur is another crucial nutrient involved in the formation of proteins, vitamins, enzymes, and chlorophyll. It also enhances the flavor and aroma of certain crops like onions and garlic and can help lower soil pH and improve the uptake of other nutrients in alkaline soils.
