PRINOVA Infuric Acid is a highly acidic compound. Due to its sulfur content in sulfate form and its pH below 1, it neutralizes lime and reduces soil hardness. This can improve soil quality and increase agricultural yields. Neutralization of lime releases calcium ions, which enter the soil solution. These ions then replace sodium ions in soil particles, preventing their re-aggregation. In this process, sulfate ions react with sodium, producing sodium sulfate, which dissolves and is leached away.
A key feature of PRINOVA Infuric Acid is that despite its acidity, it is non-corrosive to human skin, and its corrosiveness on metals is controlled to over 95%. Therefore, farmers can safely and confidently use this product during the growing season for their plants.
