A systemic insecticide with contact and ingestion action, also known commercially as Mospilan. This insecticide belongs to the neonicotinoid chemical group and causes insect death by disrupting the function of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the synapses of the insect’s central nervous system. Acetamiprid has translaminar activity. This insecticide should only be applied after sunset. Avoid mixing this insecticide with other pesticides that may synergistically increase their impact on pollinators. Do not spray during temperature inversions.
Acetamiprid is registered with the Iranian Pesticide Supervisory Board for the control of the following pests:

Environmental Toxicity: This compound is extremely hazardous to honeybees, and dangerous to birds, fish, and other aquatic organisms. It is toxic to honeybees through direct contact. Avoid using this pesticide in areas with active honeybee populations.
Precautions: Strictly avoid eating, drinking, or smoking during application.
Symptoms of Poisoning: Headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, and visual disturbances.
First Aid: In case of poisoning, immediately consult a physician with the pesticide label.
Antidote: There is no specific antidote. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
