NEMESIS Copper is a liquid copper-based fertilizer containing 6% water-soluble copper. It is used to prevent and correct copper deficiencies in fruit trees, field crops, and greenhouse plants. In orchards where aging trees experience delayed fruiting, applying NEMESIS Copper accelerates the production of flower buds and improves yields. However, to prevent toxicity, soil and leaf testing is highly recommended before application.
It’s crucial to note that in fields and orchards with high applications of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, sufficient copper supplementation is essential for maintaining nutritional balance in the soil. Copper deficiency in fruit orchards and vegetable crops leads to delayed fruiting and reduced yields. NEMESIS Copper, with its significant concentration of water-soluble copper, can be applied to the soil or, for rapid correction of deficiencies in various crops, as a foliar spray.
The application of NEMESIS Copper induces resistance in plant tissues, reducing the need for pesticides. Furthermore, copper’s fungicidal properties protect plants from fungal diseases.
Excessive use of copper-based compounds without considering the existing copper levels in the soil and plant can lead to toxicity and impaired plant growth and development.
