Magnesium is crucial in plants for chlorophyll molecule structure, enzyme activation in protein biosynthesis, and the transport of photosynthetic products to growing points. Magnesium and potassium exhibit antagonistic (competitive) uptake; therefore, excessive potassium fertilizer application disrupts magnesium absorption, leading to deficiency symptoms. PRINOVA Magnesium Sulfate, containing 13% magnesium, is completely water-soluble and can be applied via fertigation, basal application, or foliar application to agricultural and horticultural crops. (To prevent leaf burn from foliar application, carefully follow the recommended dosage and test the solution on a small area before applying it to the entire field or orchard).
